Node marking of P&IDs, technical scribe for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd- Guwahati Refinery project for Integrated HAZOP study for Entire Refinery 5 years revalidation. Used PHA Works from Primatech. HAZOP management and organization.


On-site P&ID review and check for existing safeguards such as PSVs, rupture discs etc, technical scribe for Jubilant Life Science Ltd project for Integrated Hazop and LOPA Study for Grignard unit. Used PHA Works from Primatech, a customized software for facilitation and recording of HAZOP proceedings including HAZOP management and organization


On-site visit (facility siting) and node marking of P&IDs for HMEL Mundra for Pipeline Division Hazop study. Used PHA Works from Primatech, a customized software for facilitation and recording of HAZOP proceedings including HAZOP management and organization.
