In my role as Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Lead Facilitator/ Chairman, I am capable of independently conducting and leading all phases of Process Hazard Reviews (PHR’s) for hydrocarbon (oil & gas) industry related projects. This includes HAZOPs from FEED and concept stage to the EPC and construction /commissioning phase safety reviews, SIL studies using the LOPA method and risk graph methods, PSSR reviews. I have been called upon to function as a Lead HAZOP facilitator on several projects; given below is a summary of my experience till date. I have also been trained and undergone a formal IChemE approved course ‘Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) for team leaders and team members’ and IFP Training certified courses on LOPA.

Indian Oil Corp Ltd- Guwahati Refinery – Integrated HAZOP study for Entire Refinery (5 year revalidation) (study awarded against tender No.GC15HST336)
HPCL-Mittal Pipelines Ltd – PHA Revalidation study for Crude Oil Terminal and Mundra-Bhathinda cross-country pipeline from Mundra port to GGSRL refinery at Bhathinda, Punjab
